Discussions about leadership and management seem to focus on the mundane chores of management and the lofty achievements of leadership. A good manager is one who can accomplish what a leader envisions, plodding along with no real vision of their own, while a good leader has wonderful vision and an amazing grasp of all factors affecting success<\/em>. Right? Maybe not. I may be exaggerating a little so let me clarify the issue by taking a look at three layers of leadership.\u00a0\u00a0 Read more<\/a><\/p>\n

\nJohn Maxwell also has some very sound ideas on being a good leader – an inspirational leader.\u00a0 I have watched many of his tapes (on Youtube) and have purchased some of his books.\u00a0 I find that he knows what he’s talking about – he’s very knowledgeable about the topic of leadership.\u00a0 I’ll share a few good John Maxwell videos with you; the first one is on how to connect with people (on a high level) ..\n<\/p>\n
